Overview

User Guideline for Payment Portal V2#

The Payment Portal System allows business users (billers) to monitor payment transactions, view participating banks, generate transaction reports, and manage user preferences.

1. Go into bill24 portal: https://account.bill24.io/#

Get Started

2. Login user (Email and Password)#

Enter your registered Email Address.
Enter your Password.
Click on login button
Upon successful authentication, the system will redirect you to Business Profile.

3. Business Profile page and Payment Modules#

After logging in, users will be directed to the Business Profile page.
Click the Payment Module associated with the Business Profile.
The system will redirect you to the Payment Portal Dashboard.

5. Dashboard#

From the Dashboard, users can access Transactions, Banks, Reports, and User Preferences.

6. Transactions#

The Transactions menu displays payment transactions received from participating banks.

Features#

View all payment transactions made by customers.
Search transactions by date, reference number, customer ID, or payment status.
Review transaction details
Users can export transaction data for reporting and reconciliation purpose

7. Banks#

The Banks menu displays all banks currently activated for the business profile (Biller).

8. Report#

The Reports module provides transaction reporting and reconciliation information.

View detailed transaction records and export report.

9. Setting - General Details#

The User Preferences menu allows users to customize the appearance and display settings of the Payment Portal.
Theme
Select the preferred application theme to enhance the user experience.
Primary Color
Customize the primary color scheme of the application interface according to user preference.
Language
Select the preferred language for displaying portal menus, labels, and information.
Date Format
Configure the date format used throughout the portal for transaction dates and reports.
